The Wilton Tract (#03019-03677) is a +/- 160-acre tract of timberland located in Little River County about 6 miles northwest of Ashdown, AR near the community of Wilton (North 33.745806°, West 94.17722°). Access to the property is excellent with AR-Hwy 234 forming the southern edge of the property for roughly a half-mile of frontage. All of the timber was harvested and cleared between 2018 and 2019 and has been allowed to reseed naturally. The terrain is relatively flat to slightly sloping towards the north where an intermittent creek drain begins on the northern edge of the tract. According to the USDA NRCS web soil survey, the soils consist of an assortment of silt-loam soils, which give the tract a weighted average site index of 89.8 feet for Loblolly Pine (base age 50).
