The Kings Creek Tract (#03019-03674) is a +/- 393-acre tract of timberland located in southeastern Columbia County about three miles east of Emerson, AR (North 33.107927°, West 93.145477°). Access to the property is excellent with frontage to both County Road 46 as well as AR-Hwy 98. Some utilities exist along these public roads to allow for camp/home site potential within the Emerson-Taylor-Bradley School District. An intermittent creek system known as "Kings Creek" runs through the property flowing in a northwesterly direction.
