The Hwy-7 East Tract (#03019-03579) is a +/- 61.77-acre tract of pasture/timberland located in northern Ouachita County about 8 miles north of Harmony Grove, AR near the community of Amy (North 33.764715°, West -92.826043°). The topography consists mostly of rolling hills sloping downwards towards the north. Access is available with AR-Hwy #7 running along the western edge of the property. Some utilities exist along this highway to allow for home site potential within the Harmony Grove School District. About half of the property has been used as a pasture/hay field along with a small pond of less than a tenth-acre. The other half is comprised of bottomland hardwood where a wetland area flows through the northern portion of the property to create divers wildlife habitat. According to the USDA NRCS web soil survey, the property is based upon an assortment of silt-loams and sandy-loams, which give the tract a weighted average site index of 84.8 feet for Loblolly Pine (base age 50).
