The McCorvey Loop Road Tract (#03019-03584) is a +/- 50-acre parcel of timberland located in southwestern Union County just north of Junction City, AR (North 33.048162°, West 92.73064°). The topography is well-drained with two intermittent creek branches flowing through the property. Access is excellent with the “McCorvey Loop Road” running through the center of the property. Some utilities are located along this road to allow for home/camp site potential within the Junction City School District. Roughly 34 acres feature a well-stocked stand of natural upland pine; two mostly hardwood creek drains account for another 15 acres of diverse wildlife habitat. According to the USDA NRCS web soil survey, the soil composition of the property contains an assortment of fine sandy loams and Rosalie-Warnock complex, which give the tract a weighted average site index of 85.8 feet for Loblolly Pine (base age 50).
